By using Doxnest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Permitted use
You may use the free document generators for lawful business purposes, including creating payslips, invoices, CIS paperwork, quotes, and related documents for your organisation or clients where you have authority to do so.
Prohibited use
- Scraping or automated access that degrades the service for others
- Attempting to bypass security or probe for server-side document storage
- Misrepresenting generated documents as official government filings
- Uploading malicious files or content that infringes others’ rights
No professional advice
Tools and copy are informational. Doxnest does not provide tax, legal, payroll, or accounting advice. See the Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The site design, code, and templates are owned by Doxnest or licensors. You retain rights to the business content you enter. You grant us no licence to your document contents beyond what is needed to operate the client-side tools on your device.
Service limitations
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, or fitness for a particular regulatory outcome. We may modify or discontinue tools with reasonable notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doxnest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of generated documents or reliance on calculations. Your statutory rights are not affected where they cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Doxnest; courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
